Sauerkraut!
This summer we are running a cabbage order system.
Here's how this will work;
You will decide how many heads of cabbage you need
for your sauerkraut this coming fall. (August or September).
Cabbage will be $5.00 per head. (Limited amount this year.)
You tell us how many you want & send a check for $2.50 per head.
When you pick up your cabbage, you pay the balance.

This will guarantee you will have cabbage for sauerkraut.

You can also buy cabbage at any time at Mankato Farmers market.
